Henri Charles Manguin visited Ottoman Empire capital city Istanbul in a very short time and painted it in Istanbul. It shows a watermelon seller, selling watermelon while a little boy is watching him. Painting comes with it’s original frame. Painting signed on the lower right Manguin. One of Henri Charles Manguin painting sold 880.000$ on Christie’s (Date: 10-05-2007, lot 284). 

Dimensions: Width 36 inches (91.5 cm), height 41 inches (104 cm) with frame, 25 inches (62.5 cm) x 31 inches (79 cm) without frame.
